Can we supply the alcohol?
Due to the current laws in BC, we are unable to provide the alcohol. We are for "Dry Hire"only, this means you provide your alcohol choices set your prices, and we serve! Special Event Permits can be purchased from the LCBR by the event host, then you decide on either an open, cash or ticket bar. We are more than happy to arrange picking up the alcohol before the event. Please contact us for more detailed information.

Do we require a deposit?
WCSS requires a 500$ Non-Refundable retainer to secure your date. This amount does go towards the total bill 50% of the remaining balance from your package is due 6 months prior to your event date, and the final balance is due one week prior to your event date.
How do you power up?
For the trailer bar, when possible we would love to have two dedicated outlets for power within 100 feet. When power is not an option we have a generator available for rent.
For the stand alone bar, power is only required when offering coffee & tea service.

This is a great alternative to the horse trailer bar, when space is an issue.
Where do we travel?
With WCSS we are able to travel anywhere on Vancouver Island, including the Gulf Islands. We charge 1.50$ per kilometer.
Who purchases the alcohol?
The event host (you) purchase the alcohol, we are happy to pick up & bring it with us to the event if this is something you are interested in. Do you serve non alcoholic drinks?
All of our signature cocktails can be made into a mock-tail, and they are JUST as delicious, we also bring all of the non-alcoholic beverages, so we always have lots of drink options on hand. at WCSS we also have a self serve coffee & tea option!
